When trying to improve your practice as a teacher, the best people to speak to are the ones you try to teach.  They are always honest, funny, and to the point.  I am sure I have been learning more about myself as a teacher from my students than I have sitting in front of a computer.  I am very happy to have such great students to teach me how to better support them as young learners.
